Shipping Rates and Delivery Options

  1. Free Shipping: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
  2. Standard: 7-14 business days ($6.99)
  3. Expedited: 3-5 business days (Contact Customer Service to learn more)

You are free to choose the shipping method that best suits your needs at checkout. We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, and orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are usually shipped the next business day. Delivery arrival times are estimates only and may vary depending on the number of orders or other circumstances (such as weather-related delays). If we encounter any unexpected delays in shipping, we will notify you immediately via email.

 

Track Your Order

We work with multiple logistics service providers, and all orders will provide tracking information after they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking information to the email address you used when placing the order. The email will contain a tracking number and logistics link, so you can view the shipping progress in real time. You can also use the tracking number to visit the carrier's official website to view the delivery status of your order in real time. .

 

Lost or Damaged Package

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Loss and damage claims must be made within 7 days of shipment. We will initiate the claim process after confirmation by the carrier and replace the item for you. Replacements or refunds are usually processed within 2-3 weeks after the claim is completed. Please note that Diveovas is not responsible for damage to the product caused by sharp tools during the unpacking process. After receiving the damaged package, please retain all packaging materials for inspection.

 

International Orders and Customs Fees

International orders may incur duties or customs fees upon arrival at the destination country. Any customs or import duties and related fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Diveovas has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount. Diveovas is not responsible for any additional charges incurred by the order, and we will not accept the return if you refuse to pay these charges. Diveovas will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by abandoning the package at customs. We are unable to mark international orders as gifts to avoid or reduce any customs fees.

 

Returns

original form of payment (minus shipping costs) within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. All shipping costs are at your own expense. We are happy for you to try the garment on to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons you must wear your own underwear underneath.

Sale items and final sales, no returns accepted. No refunds will be given for returned items that are not in new, unsaleable condition. Unfortunately, no exchanges are currently available. Please return any item in accordance with our Return Policy.

Any fit issues must be resolved before using a wetsuit in the water. We will not accept returns on wetsuits once they have been used in the water - even if they were "used once".

We are confident in the quality of our diving suits, but we also remind you:

  • Wetsuits require careful maintenance to extend their service life.
  • Normal wear, scratches, and fading are normal phenomena and are not quality issues.
  • Diveovas is not responsible for tears or damage caused by external factors.

 

How do I return an item?

If you need to apply for a return, first submit a return request to our customer service team. If approved, please include a statement of the reason for the return in the package. Please note that some items are not returnable.

If the item meets our return requirements, we are happy to provide a full refund for full-priced items within 25 days from the date of purchase. After receiving your return, we will evaluate your returned item to ensure that it meets our return policy. The refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be refunded to your original payment account.

Please note:
We strongly recommend that you use a secure and tracked delivery method for returns and be sure to keep the mailing receipt. It can take 14-20 business days for returns to arrive at our warehouse, so please allow this time before contacting us about a late or lost return. If you have any questions or issues, please contact us. You will need to provide a copy of your proof of postage and clearly state the item you are returning. We will then investigate with the courier or warehouse. Diveovas is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.

 

When will my purchase be refunded?

We will process your refund as soon as we receive and inspect your return and confirm that it complies with our Returns and Exchanges Policy. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed and the funds will be credited to the original account you used to purchase within 10 business days (depending on your bank).
